The Information Commons are designed for group work . Expect people to be talking. It does not excuse loud conversations on mobile phones. But if you need a quiet space you will need to move to another floor.

Bytes Cafe Weekend Hours October 26, 2008
Working this weekend I was well aware of the change in opening hours 10.30 ish to 3pm instead of 4pm.
No doubt we will be asking questions. Please remeber we don’t provide change even during the week, so come prepared, bring snacks and change or dial a pizza, and we have asked the vending machine people to fix the machines and provide ones that take notes..all we can do is ask. But no we are not getting a change machine..sorry…
Food & Drink Machines May 9, 2007
If you had your choice what type of vending machines would you like in the AIC? What about soup or noodles for those cold winter nights comming up? Is coffee mandatory when the cafe is closed?
