If anyone stops you and tries to sell you a cheap stapler or hole puncher, can you tell us. We would dearly love to know what is happening to the equipment we buy for students to use here in the AIC.
New laptop lockers are now available for use in the AIC .
There are 20 lockers which students can use either to store bags etc or recharge their laptops.
How does it work ?
Borrow a swipe card from the AIC desk. Then follow instructions on locker screen, a locker is randomly allocated to you for 3 hrs.
( fines apply for late return)

Another theft of a wallet was reported in the AIC last night. Please remember to kept all your belongings safe and report any suspicious behaviour to staff.
Suggestions often come in about users “reserving” computers, blocking access to computers with their laptops, using computers to watch movies and generally behaving in a selfish manner.
If you have an immediate problem with someone else’s behaviour please see the staff and we will deal with the situation.
If you have a problem with working in the Information Commons due to noise levels then you can relocate to other areas of the Library, if it is after hours then approach the staff again for assistance.
